SoulVeil is a digital service that helps users manage their online interactions.

The service uses automated methods to analyze comments for potentially harmful content and interaction patterns. Based on your selected settings, content may be highlighted, filtered, or hidden.

SoulVeil is a supportive digital tool. The service does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and does not replace professional care.

The analysis is partially automated using artificial intelligence technologies.

To use the service, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be authorized to connect social media accounts
• provide accurate information during registration

Use on behalf of third parties is only permitted with their explicit consent.

You are obligated to keep your login credentials confidential and protect them from unauthorized access.

All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at contact@soulveil.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of these terms.

By connecting a social media account, you authorize SoulVeil to access shared data via official interfaces (APIs). You confirm that you:

• own the account, or
• have the necessary consent to connect it

You can disconnect at any time. After disconnection, no further data from that platform will be processed.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• using the service to circumvent platform policies
• analyzing or monitoring third-party accounts without consent
• circumventing technical safeguards
• reverse engineering the service
• distributing malware or conducting attacks on systems
• violating applicable law

Use of the service is at your own responsibility. Users remain solely responsible for how they handle online content and interactions.

In the course of using the service, classification results for comments (category, rating, timestamp) are stored in a private area accessible only to you. The full comment text itself is not permanently stored, but is retrieved directly from the respective platform on demand ('Reveal' function).

We do not access your content unless technically required for service provision or required by law.

We cannot guarantee that stored content is suitable as legally admissible evidence.

SoulVeil assumes no responsibility for third-party content displayed or processed via connected platforms.

All rights to the platform, software, and underlying technologies remain with SoulVeil.

You retain all rights to your submitted content.

You grant us a simple, non-exclusive, purpose-limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Your content will not be used for any other purpose.

SoulVeil may offer free and paid services.

For paid subscriptions, billing occurs in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

A refund claim exists only within the scope of applicable statutory provisions.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

The service is provided "as available". We make no warranty that:

• the service will be uninterrupted at all times
• the service will be error-free
• content will be fully and correctly detected or filtered

It is possible that content may not be detected or may be incorrectly classified.

SoulVeil does not provide complete protection against distressing or unwanted content. It is possible that content may not be detected, may be incorrectly classified, or may remain visible.

We reserve the right to modify, further develop, or temporarily restrict the service at any time, insofar as this is necessary for operation, maintenance, or improvement.

We are liable without limitation:

• for intent and gross negligence
• for injury to life, body, or health

For simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damage.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

You may terminate your account at any time.

After termination, access to the service ends. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for legal reasons.

In the event of termination, periods already paid for will generally not be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless statutory provisions provide otherwise.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service.

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
